TERMS & CONDITIONS

We comply with Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act legislation.

Shipping within Australia.

All purchases where the items cost less than $50 (including postage charge) will be posted by Trackable or Registered mail with no responsibility taken by us for loss or non-delivery or for damage sustained in transit (No Insurance is provided unless a $1.00 surcharge is paid by the customer). The cost of postage depends entirely on weight/size of the parcel to be sent as well as the destination.

All Purchases where the items cost $50 or more (including postage charge) will be posted by Trackable/Registered Mail (With ‘full loss, non-delivery or damage’ protection/insurance included and this is charged at a rate of 2% on the total purchase price, including associated postage and delivery expenses).

The cost of postage depends entirely on the weight/dimensions of the parcel to be sent as well as the destination.

Shipping Outside Australia

We are happy to ship goods purchased from us to most countries with the exception of the countries listed below (although if you live in one of these countries please contact us as we are happy to try to work out a suitable arrangement with you).

All items sold and shipped to International locations will be sent by Trackable/Registered Mail (With ‘full loss, non-delivery or damage’ protection/insurance included and charged to customers at a rate of 3.50% on the total purchase price including postage charges).

The cost of postage depends entirely on the weight and size of the parcel to be sent as well as the Country of destination.

Note- We charge only the Australia Post or Couriers charges we pay (no margin taken by us on Postage) – Packaging is not charged for to our customers.

Please note that our ‘local’ and ‘overseas’ Insurance charges are significantly less than the premium rates charged by Australia Post.

As explained earlier in these terms, Insurance on shipments (Local and International destinations) is charged per the premium rates declared above and any ‘Deductible or Excess’ that might apply to any claim is borne by us and not passed on to our customer who enjoys 100% coverage on the purchase price (including postage charges).

Important note – Postal Rates to all overseas destinations are NOT final until orders have been accepted by our packing team and the cost of Insurance is included.

Countries to which we do not ship goods include;

Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bornia & Herzegovina, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Mexico, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikstan, Timor Leste, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwee (other countries are added to the list from time to time depening on our experiences).
