RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about the items you have committed to buy but in accordance with Australia’s Consumer Rights laws we do however have a 30 day returns policy.

This applies to items that have been incorrectly described by us, are faulty or not fit for purpose  or are deemed not to be authentic and in these particular cases a full refund including return shipping costs will allowed to you (or the item will be replaced at our discretion).

All goods that are to be returned to us must be forwarded to our postal address by way of secure ‘signed for mail’ within 30 days of receipt by you with all of the original packaging included (this is especially relevant and important if the item arrived at your place in a damaged condition).

We also willingly offer a 100%, no questions asked, money back guarantee on the authenticity of all items we sell.

This is an Australian domiciled business and ALL stock prices, postage and related charges are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD, A$) and are Gross and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) whenever applicable.
