TIME-FRAMES For Postage & Delivery.

We strive to post items to customers within 24 hours of purchases being made (subject to clearance of payments) except purchases made over the weekend. Goods bought on Saturday or Sunday will be posted out on the following Tuesday afternoon.

We primarily use Australia Post for local and overseas shipments and the usual time-line for deliveries is per their normal delivery standards – these details can be found on ‘auspost.com.au’.

Whenever Couriers are used we generally send packages via their ‘standard’ and most general delivery service (so as to provide an affordable service) – If Express Delivery is required (at an Extra cost to customer) please let us know and we will provide a quote for this Service.

Important note – Postal Rates to all overseas destinations are NOT final until orders have been accepted by our packing team and the cost of Insurance is included.

Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Mexico, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikstan, Timor Leste, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwee (other countries are added to the list from time to time depening on our experiences).
